Football Recap: Pierce City Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Pierce City blew Sarcoxie out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Friday Sarcoxie got their revenge. The Eagles fell just short of the Bears by a score of 30-27. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Eagles have suffered since August 30, 2024.

Pierce City's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-2. As for Sarcoxie, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
