Football Game Preview: West Bend West Spartans vs. Homestead Highlanders + How To Watch

West Bend West is 0-7 against Homestead since August of 2017 but things could change on Friday. The Spartans will host the Highlanders at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with West Bend West sitting on four straight wins and Homestead on eight.

It was a classic East v. West duel when West Bend West challenged West Bend East on Friday. The Spartans simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Suns 35-0. Considering the Spartans have won four contests by more than 22 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Homestead didn't have too much trouble with Slinger on Friday as they won 28-14. Those 28 points were actually the fewest the Highlanders have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

West Bend West better keep an eye on Connor Pangallo. He was instrumental in Homestead's win, rushing for 178 yards and one TD on only 13 carries.

Homestead was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 206 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Slinger only rushed for 14.

Homestead's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for West Bend West, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.
