Volleyball Game Preview: Trion Bulldogs vs. Chattooga Indians

Trion is 0-10 against Chattooga since September of 2021 but things could change on Monday. The Bulldogs will challenge the Indians at 5:00 p.m.

On Tuesday, Trion came up short against Unity Christian and fell 2-0.

Trion was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final score came out to 29-27, 25-18.

Chattooga not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since August 25th (when they won 3-0). They blew past Ridgeland 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Chattooga walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-17, 25-17.

Trion's defeat dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Chattooga, their victory bumped their record up to 30-11.

Trion couldn't quite get it done against Chattooga when the teams last played back in September as they fell 2-0. Can the Bulldogs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
