Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fairlawn). Everything went their way against the Southeastern Local Trojans on Monday as they made off with a 13-3 win. The Jets not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 19, 2024 (when they won 13-2).

The victory made it two in a row for Fairlawn and bumps their season record up to 5-18. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Southeastern Local, their defeat was their tenth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-19.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fairlawn will challenge Bradford at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Southeastern Local, they will be taking part in a tournament against Newton Local at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
