Volleyball Recap: 11 Straight Home Victories for Regis Groff

Regis Groff waltzed into their contest on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Hinkley Thunder as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Fusion, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

One reason for the win was Regis Groff's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-11, 25-8.

Jayden Flores paced Regis Groff's offense, picking up six kills. Flores also shared the team's lead in assists with Taichi Royal: they picked up 13 each. Flores was also solid from the service line: he led the team with four aces.
