Volleyball Recap: Natick Wins Going Away Against Framingham

Natick won the last time they faced Framingham and things went their way on Thursday too. The Redhawks were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Flyers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Redhawks.

One reason for the win was Natick's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-14, 25-10.

Aiyande Dottin paced Natick's offense, picking up six kills. Dottin got some help from Ruby Jasper and her seven assists. Brooke Barnett controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Natick's record now sits at 9-5. As for Framingham, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.

Natick didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Newton South on the 17th. As for Framingham, they will challenge Wellesley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
