Volleyball Recap: Peebles Takes a Loss

Peebles was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Fayetteville-Perry Rockets, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rockets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Peebles' defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Fayetteville-Perry, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Peebles will challenge rival Eastern at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Fayetteville-Perry is set to square off against their familiar foe North Adams at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
