Meanwhile, Riverside unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They took a hard 56-42 fall against Ysleta.

Riverside's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 8-9. As for Clint, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-18.
