With a playoff win on the line, Braddock rose to the challenge on Thursday. They beat the Homestead Broncos by a goal, winning 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Isabella De La Pava and Mia Hernandez scored both of Braddock's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 12 goals.

Braddock has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those four contests. As for Homestead, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4-4.

Braddock didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 victory against Southridge on the 29th. Homestead does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
