Volleyball Recap: Puyallup Now 13-2 over Last 15 Games

It's playoff time, and Puyallup had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Issaquah Eagles on Saturday.

Despite the defeat, Issaquah had strong showings from Eliana Restad, who had 12 digs, and Molly Yoshino, who had 17 digs and 16 kills. Yoshino is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had five or more in each of the last 38 games she's played dating back to last season.

Puyallup is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season. As for Issaquah, their loss ended a 13-match streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 18-7.

Puyallup wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Camas on the 22nd. Issaquah does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
