Baseball Recap: NSU University Sharks vs. Saint Andrew's Scots
NSU University gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 15-2 margin over the Saint Andrew's Scots. That's more bragging rights for the Sharks, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Landon Petty looked comfortable as he pitched 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in February of 2024.
On the hitting side, Rocco Rovetto was a standout: he scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Bradyn Potter was another key player, going 1-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI.
