While Groveton's win against West Sabine wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Indians had just enough and edged out the Tigers 6-4. The victory was nothing new for the Indians as they're now sitting on seven straight.
JAKE PLOTTS was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out eight over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
