Fayetteville waltzed into their game on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Vincent Yellow Jackets by a score of 2-0. The Wolves have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Yellow Jackets, too.

Fayetteville easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-11.

Kenleigh McArthur paced Fayetteville's offense, picking up seven kills. McArthur got some help from Isabella Kelley and her 14 assists. Savannah Thrower controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Fayetteville's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Vincent, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Coincidentally, Fayetteville and Vincent will both be playing Winterboro the next time they take the court. The Yellow Jackets will host the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Wolves will host them at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
