Volleyball Recap: Gabrielino Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Gabrielino, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They won by a set and slipped past the Sunrise Mountain Miners 2-1. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Eagles as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Gabrielino's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Sunrise Mountain, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10.

Gabrielino wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 1-0 victory against Lakewood on the 15th. As for Sunrise Mountain, they will challenge Highland at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
