Volleyball Game Preview: Davis Sr. Blue Devils vs. Granite Bay Grizzlies + How To Watch

The Davis Sr. Blue Devils will face off against the Granite Bay Grizzlies at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Davis Sr. has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since September 20.

On Wednesday, Davis Sr. came up short against Folsom and fell 3-1.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-27, 25-15, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Granite Bay also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Oak Ridge by a score of 3-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Grizzlies in their meetings with the Trojans: they've now lost four in a row.

While Granite Bay had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-21, 19-25, 25-18.

Granite Bay's loss dropped their record down to 9-16. As for Davis Sr., their defeat dropped their record down to 13-12.

Davis Sr. took their victory against Granite Bay in their previous meeting back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blue Devils since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
