Football Recap: Hopkins County Central Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Hopkins County Central lost against Union County back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Storm came up short against the Braves, falling 42-22. The Storm have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

When it comes to explaining why Hopkins County Central lost, don't look at Sylas Gunn. Despite the final result, he rushed for 101 yards and a pair of TDs on only 12 carries, and also threw for 108 yards and one touchdown.

Luke Thomas was the offensive standout of the matchup as he threw for 29 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also rushed for 40 yards.
