It was a good run, but Pembroke unfortunately witnessed the end of their 11-match winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the East Bridgewater Vikings by a score of 3-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Meghan Murray paced Pembroke's offense, picking up 16 kills. Murray really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 19. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Pembroke's loss dropped their record down to 16-4. As for East Bridgewater, they pushed their record up to 19-1 with the win, which was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season.

As of now, neither Pembroke nor the Vikings have any future games scheduled.
