Bell won the last time they faced Roosevelt and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Griffins beat the Roughriders by a goal, winning 3-2.

Emmanuel Villalous and Marcos Escobar scored all three of Bell's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Bell's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-2-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those three matches. As for Roosevelt, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bell will face off against Capital City Public Charter School at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Roosevelt, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Coolidge at 4:00 p.m. on the 29th.
