Soccer Game Preview: Central vs. Jupiter + Official Tickets

Central is preparing for their first district matchup of the season on Thursday. They will venture away from home to take on the Jupiter Warriors at 7:30 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Central's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They put the hurt on Legacy with a sharp 4-0 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what Central needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

They hit Legacy with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Mathew Caceres (2), Adrian Lopez, and Levi Gomes.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Jupiter and Dwyer meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Wednesday. The Warriors came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 3-1.

The win got Central back to even at 1-1. As for Jupiter, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

Central skirted past Jupiter 4-3 in their previous meeting back in January. Do the Cobras have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Warriors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
