Soccer Game Preview: Bay vs. Keystone

The Bay Rockets will take on the Keystone Wildcats in a tournament on Monday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Bay is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Padua Franciscan just ended the team's five-match winning streak on Saturday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw. The result kept Bay happy, as they haven't lost a game since September 20th.

Meanwhile, Keystone fell victim to Wellington and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They came up short against the Dukes, falling 6-0. Keystone haven't had much luck with Wellington recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Keystone's loss dropped their record down to 1-16. Bay's draw gives them a new season record of 13-2-2.

Bay took their win against Keystone when the teams last played back in October of 2016 by a conclusive 7-0 score. Do the Rockets have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wildcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
