Atholton made up a huge gap compared to their last game against River Hill, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Atholton was the clear victor by a 22-11 margin over River Hill on Friday. This was payback for the Raiders, who suffered a 17-7 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Reagan Law was incredible, scoring six runs and stealing four bases while going 6-for-6. Another player making a difference was Tatiana Maltez-Rosales, who went 3-for-6 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs.

The victory got Atholton back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Atholton is taking a road trip to face off against Glen Burnie at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for River Hill, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when River Hill Hawks duke it out with Centennial Eagles at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
