Cromwell has no trouble against Floodwood

The Cromwell Cardinals won the last time they faced the Floodwood Polar Bears, and things went their way on Thursday too. Cromwell enjoyed a cozy 47-31 win over Floodwood. The win made it back-to-back wins for Cromwell.

Cromwell's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Mya Gronner led the charge by scoring 15 points. Jill Anderson was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with 5 rebounds.

Cromwell's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Floodwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.

Cromwell will head out on the road to face off against Barnum at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Floodwood, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Cherry at 7:15 p.m.
