Wimberley and Eagle Mountain squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Wimberley had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights. The Texans' defeat signaled the end of their 32-game winning streak.

Eagle Mountain was led to victory by Lexi Nichols and Lily Adams. Nichols had 17 digs and four assists, while Adams had ten digs and four aces. Nichols is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last eight games she's played.

Wimberley's loss dropped their record down to 46-6. As for Eagle Mountain, the win was the 24th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 38-11.

As of now, neither Wimberley nor the Knights have any future games scheduled.
