Cole Kelley Game Report: @ Turlock

Pitman had to settle for second on Wednesday, but Cole Kelley sure wasn't going down easily. Kelley struck out six batters over 5.2 innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off eight hits. The performance also marked the fewest walks (two) he has had since April 1st.

Even though Kelley couldn't lead Pitman over Turlock, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pride have some work to do to even out the 2-8 series between these two since April of 2023, but a win here would be a good start.
