Copperas Cove extended their postseason success on Thursday against Mesquite. They were the clear victors by a 12-4 margin over the Skeeters. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Bulldawgs considering their two-run performance the game before.

Copperas Cove has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-15-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Mesquite, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-7.

As of now, neither Copperas Cove nor the Skeeters have any future games scheduled.
