The Adams Highlanders and the De La Salle Collegiate Pilots will round out the year against one another at on Friday. De La Salle Collegiate took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Adams, who comes in off a win.

Adams will bounce into Friday's game after beating North Farmington, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. Adams sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 49-46 win over North Farmington on Friday. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Highlanders' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 322nd, while the Raiders are ranked 83rd).

Meanwhile, De La Salle Collegiate was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were outmatched by St. Mary's Prep and fell 82-50. The match marked the Pilots' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Adams' win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for De La Salle Collegiate, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.
