Recap: Eastside Lions vs. Palmdale Falcons
The Eastside Lions scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 102-16 win over Palmdale. With that victory, Eastside brought their scoring average up to 52.9 points per game.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Eastside to victory, but perhaps none more so than Camrynn Whitley, who scored 23 points. Whitley continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Niela Niela was another key contributor, scoring 21 points.
Eastside has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. As for Palmdale, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eastside will square off against Littlerock at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Littlerock is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for Palmdale, they will head out on the road to face off against Lancaster at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lancaster presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Palmdale in California (Lancaster is ranked 399th, while Palmdale is ranked 982nd).
