It was a Battle of the Birds when Olathe West duked it out with Olathe South on Saturday. The Owls were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Falcons. The win continues a trend for the Owls in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now won four in a row.

Olathe West not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Olathe South between 15 and 18 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-16, 25-18.

Kylee Webb paced Olathe West's offense, picking up 12 kills. Webb got some help from Neely Leathers and her 31 assists.

Despite the loss, Olathe South still got an impressive performance from Cam Clutchey, who had 11 digs and three assists. Clutchey has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more digs the last four times she's played.
