Football Game Preview: Shadle Park Highlanders vs. Mead Panthers + How To Watch

The Shadle Park Highlanders will venture away from home to challenge the Mead Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Shadle Park hasn't scored more than six points for seven games straight, a trend the team is eager to reverse.

Shadle Park is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Central Valley on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Highlanders were dealt a 42-0 defeat at the hands of the Bears.

Meanwhile, Mead came up short against Gonzaga Prep on Friday and fell 31-23.

Mead's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Shadle Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.

Shadle Park couldn't quite get it done against Mead when the teams last played back in November of 2024 as they fell 28-20. Can the Highlanders avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
