Basketball Game Preview: Winston School of Dallas Eagles vs. Harvest Christian Academy Saints

The Winston School of Dallas Eagles will challenge the Harvest Christian Academy Saints at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

After dropping their season opener at home, Harvest Christian Academy is headed out to face a Eagles squad ready to give their home crowd a win. Winston School of Dallas fell 61-48 to Cambridge on Friday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Despite the defeat, Winston School of Dallas had strong showings from JJ Johnson, who shot 60% from the field en route to 15 points in addition to five rebounds and four steals, and Drew Dickey, who posted 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Shaan Lalani, who scored six points and five boards.

Meanwhile, Harvest Christian Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 54-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of Clariden on Monday.

Winston School of Dallas will have to contain Caleb Dahse as he made an impact in Harvest Christian Academy's last game. He dropped a double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds. Connor Sims was another key player, putting up nine points and seven boards.
