Tulelake is 8-2 against Hayfork since September of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Tulelake comes in on four and Hayfork on 15.

On Tuesday, Tulelake made easy work of Dunsmuir and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Tulelake took every set by at least 15 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-7, 25-7.

If Dunsmuir wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Hayfork, they should've done a better job of containing Lydia Yarbrough. The Timberjacks blew past the Tigers 3-0 last Thursday thanks in part to Yarbrough, who had 31 assists and five aces. She has been hot for a while, having posted 19 or more assists the last 12 times she's played.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Hayfork was: they took every set by at least 17 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-7, 25-8.

Tulelake's record now sits at 14-12. As for Hayfork, their record is now 20-3.

Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Monday's contest: Tulelake has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 11.1 aces per game. However, it's not like Hayfork struggles in that department as they've been averaging 15.6 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
