Baseball Recap: Chisholm Find Success

Chisholm had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 14-run drubbing they dealt Luther on Monday. The Chisholm Longhorns never let the Luther Lions get on the board and left with a 14-0 victory.

Chisholm got a massive performance out of Kelson Hamilton, who scored two runs and stole Three bases. while going 3-for-4. The dominant performance also gave Hamilton a new career-high in RBI (three). Easton John was another key player, scoring three runs while going 3-for-4.

Chisholm always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .588. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Luther only posted an OBP of .062.

Chisholm's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chisholm will challenge Fairview at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Luther, they will take on Kiefer at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
