Basketball Recap: Cedar Ridge Comes Up Short on the Road Against Northern Durham + How To Watch

Cedar Ridge had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell 36-27 to the Northern Durham Knights. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Several Fighting Red Wolves players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kate Finnegan, who posted two points and eight rebounds.

Cedar Ridge didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 62-41 loss against Uwharrie Charter Academy on the 18th. Northern Durham has also already played their next contest (against Cristo Rey Research Triangle), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
