Basketball Recap: Veritas Christian Academy Extends Road Winning Streak to Five

Veritas Christian Academy won the last time they faced Faith Christian and things went their way on Monday too. Everything went Veritas Christian Academy's way against Faith Christian as Veritas Christian Academy made off with a 59-38 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Veritas Christian Academy.

Veritas Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Dallas Tanis, who went 6 of 9 on his way to 15 points in addition to six steals and five assists. That's the most steals Tanis has posted since back in December of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of Aiden Bennett, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten boards.

Veritas Christian Academy's victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0. As for Faith Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Veritas Christian Academy will challenge Varsity Opponent at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Faith Christian, they will square off against Trinity Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
