After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Blaine, Coon Rapids was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 67-60 victory over the Duluth East Greyhounds. That's more bragging rights for the Cardinals, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Coon Rapids' win bumped their record up to 6-17. As for Duluth East, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-15 record this season.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cardinals duke it out with the Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Duluth East, they will square off against Cloquet at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
