Soccer Recap: No Winner in Arroyo's First Match

Arroyo kicked off their season on Tuesday but they'll have to wait until their next contest for a more definitive result. They and the American Eagles finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw.

Jonathan Rodriguez-Palafox and Eric Ocampo scored both of Arroyo's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

American's draw gives them a new season record of 1-0-1.

Looking ahead, Arroyo will challenge Kennedy at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for American, they are taking a road trip to square off against Amador Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
