Soccer Game Preview: Caldwell Academy vs. Greensboro Day School

The Caldwell Academy Eagles will square off against the Greensboro Day School Bengals at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Caldwell Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.8 goals per game this season.

Caldwell Academy was handed a five-goal loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Grace Christian 3-2. The score was all tied up 2-2 at the break, but Caldwell Academy were the better team in the second half.

They hit Grace Christian with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Parker Holland, Kent Moles, and Vicky Hernandez.

Meanwhile, Greensboro Day School entered their matchup against Wesleyan Christian Academy on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Bengals came up short against the Trojans, falling 7-0.

Caldwell Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. As for Greensboro Day School, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-3.
