Basketball Recap: Montgomery Takes a Loss

Montgomery was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 53-27 to Logansport. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Montgomery has suffered against Logansport since January 15, 2021.

Montgomery's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Logansport, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season.

Montgomery has already played their next game, a 35-23 victory against LaSalle on the 13th. As for Logansport, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 56-18 win against Northwood on the 13th.
