Volleyball Recap: Wells Gets the Win

The Wells Raiders earned a 2-0 victory over the Crane Medical Cougars on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Raiders.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Wells was: they took both sets by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-15.

Syntrell Jones paced Wells' offense, picking up seven kills. Jones got some help from Myron Baranovskyy and his 11 assists. Baranovskyy was also solid from the service line: he led the team with ten aces.

The win got Wells back to even at 3-3. As for Crane Medical, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Wells wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Ogden International on the 9th. As for Crane Medical, they will square off against Instituto Health Sciences at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
