Patrick Henry's match on Thursday was close up to the half, which is when they kicked things up a notch. They put the hurt on the Coronado Islanders with a sharp 5-2 win. Winning may never get old, but the Patriots sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

They hit Coronado with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Briahna Gieger (2), Emma Cunningham, Naima Castro, and Breanna Ivie.

Patrick Henry's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-8. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those four games. As for Coronado, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.

Coming up, Patrick Henry will square off against Mater Dei Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Coronado does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
