Basketball Recap: Santa Fe Christian Victorious + How To Watch

Santa Fe Christian had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 54-52 victory over the Victory Christian Academy Knights on Thursday. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Dax Hall had a dynamite game, dropping a triple-double with 24 points, 11 rebounds, and ten assists. The contest was his sixth in a row with at least 17 points. Another player making a difference was Jaden Hitipeuw, who posted ten points and six boards.

When it comes to explaining why Victory Christian Academy lost, don't look at Troy Tominna. Despite the final result, he earned 18 points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Sammell 'DJ' Humphries, who put up ten points.

Santa Fe Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 77-72 victory against Rancho Christian on the 25th. As for Victory Christian Academy, they will face off against Carlsbad at 7:30 p.m. on the 29th.
