Soccer Recap: North Harrison Comes Up Short

North Harrison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Scottsburg Warriors. The match was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but North Harrison couldn't quite close it out.

North Harrison's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6-1. As for Scottsburg, their victory bumped their record up to 4-8-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Harrison will welcome Corydon Central at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. North Harrison will be up against Corydon Central's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.8 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Scottsburg, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Silver Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
