Volleyball Game Preview: Jones Trojans vs. Falls Lake Firebirds

The Jones Trojans will venture away from home to face off against the Falls Lake Firebirds at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Jones is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Hobgood Charter. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Trojans as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Meanwhile, Falls Lake made easy work of Vance Charter last Thursday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Falls Lake not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Vance Charter between 14 and 16 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-16, 25-14.

Falls Lake's win bumped their record up to 22-4. As for Jones, their victory bumped their record up to 9-11.
