Brady and Arthur County are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2019, but not for long. The Eagles will challenge the Wolves at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Tuesday. Brady received a blow as they fell 53-37 to Overton. Brady has struggled against Overton recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Shyann McConville put forth a good effort for the losing side as she shot 90% from the field to rack up 21 points and five rebounds. Lydia McGown was another key player, putting up 11 points and three steals.

Meanwhile, Arthur County played a tough matchup on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Mullen 58-17. The Wolves were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-10.

Brady's defeat dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Arthur County, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.

Brady got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in January of 2025 against Arthur County by a conclusive 52-27 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
