With a playoff win on the line, Greensburg rose to the challenge on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Batesville Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win was nothing new for the Pirates as they're now sitting on 24 straight.
Claire Larrison paced Greensburg's offense, picking up 16 kills. Larrison got some help from Mya Comer and her 30 assists. Lauren Powers controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
Greensburg's record is now 27-1. As for Batesville, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-10.
Greensburg wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Jennings County on the 18th. Batesville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
