Football Recap: Cincinnati Landmark Eagles vs. Crimson Knights
Cincinnati Landmark gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 47-0 victory over Crimson Knights. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Eagles just coasted through the last quarter.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Cincinnati Landmark to victory, but perhaps none more so than Noah Bryant, who rushed for 126 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Israel Marcum, who picked up 136 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Cincinnati Landmark will have plenty of time to enjoy the win as they don't play again for a while. They'll take on Christ Prep Academy at 7:00 p.m. on August 23rd. As for Crimson Knights, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Phalen Leadership Academy at 5:00 p.m. on August 24th. Crimson Knights is no doubt hoping to put an end to an eight-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
