Basketball Game Preview: Flanagan Falcons vs. Nova Titans

The Flanagan Falcons will take on the Nova Titans on Monday. One thing working in Flanagan's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three games.

Having struggled with seven losses in a row, Flanagan turned things around against Coconut Creek on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Cougars, sneaking past 62-59. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Falcons have posted since December 9, 2024.

Meanwhile, Nova was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap last Thursday as they fell 70-64 to Schoolhouse Prep. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Nova's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Flanagan, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-15.

Flanagan came out on top in a nail-biter against Nova when the teams last played back in February of 2021, sneaking past 69-67. Will Flanagan repeat their success, or does Nova have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
