Basketball Recap: Colbert County Finds Home Court Redemption Against Danville

There's no place like home for Colbert County, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They strolled past the Danville Hawks with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 60-46. This was payback for the Indians, who suffered a 60-51 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Despite the loss, Danville still got an impressive performance from Ty Bailey, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 13 rebounds. With that strong performance, Bailey is now averaging an impressive 8.2 rebounds per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Ki Boyd, who went 6 of 13 on his way to 14 points.

Colbert County is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Danville, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.
