Recap: Bosque Bobcats vs. Sandia Prep Sundevils
The Bosque Bobcats can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They breezed by Sandia Prep at home to the tune of 60-19. The victory was familiar territory for Bosque who now have seven in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bosque to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cooper Hautau, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 21 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyle Morris, who scored 11 points along with seven assists and three steals.
Bosque's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-5. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.8 points per game. As for Sandia Prep, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches, which is still a better percentage than their 5-16 record this season.
Coincidentally, Bosque and Sandia Prep will both be playing East Mountain the next time they take the court. Bosque will head out to face East Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Sandia Prep will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
