Basketball Recap: Champion Christian Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Champion Christian had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They had to suffer through a 61-29 loss at the hands of the Bedford County CIA Agents.

Among those leading the charge was Blake Brennan, who posted five points.

The victory made it two in a row for Bedford County CIA and bumps their season record up to 3-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Champion Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bedford County CIA at 7:00 p.m. on February 10th. As for Bedford County CIA, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
